Proudly registered with The Institute of Plumbing South Africa, being a member is important for the good of our industry. It is the institute’s objective to generally watch over, promote and protect the interests of its members and to encourage and promote a plumbing regulator environment through the upholding, upliftment and abiding of the South African Plumbing Industry installation and product standards, be it mandatory or voluntary. Great importance is attached to skills development and the maintenance of standards.

Registered Plumbers
Our team members are proudly registered with The Plumbing Industry Registration Board.
Many and increasingly more Metropolitans, Local authorities and Insurance Company’s require that any person working on plumbing works within their jurisdiction or being part of their panel plumbers must be registered with the Plumbing Industry Registration Board. It is illegal for any person who works on plumbing installation if he/she is not a qualified plumber or not working under the adequate supervision of a qualified plumber.
PIRB Registered plumbers have demonstrated their qualifications and in some case their experience, and required to have an appropriate level of insurance cover.

Qualified Plumbers
Our team members have years of full-time, practical, hands-on experience of the plumbing trade and have gone through extensive training to become Qualified and Registered Professionals through the Quality Council for Trades and Occupation. The KLW team has experience in both residential and commercial plumbing applications, such experience also includes the installation, maintenance, repair and testing of water reticulation systems, main water supplies and main drainage systems of large residential properties.
